At OCC, we are committed to a high standard of compliance with accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, corporate governance and auditing requirements and any legislation relating thereto.

Our Whistleblowing Policy aims to provide an avenue for our employees and external parties to raise genuine concerns, in confidence, about possible irregularities.

Any concern or information raised is to be provided in writing and sent to the above-mentioned email. We encourage that your report be detailed in setting out the background and history of the events and the reasons for your concern.

It is also encouraged that you leave your contact details, in case further information is required. The whistleblower’s identity as well as the concern(s) raised will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
